A gem in the suburbs. Glad we found a restaurant close to home that reminds us of city establishments. I ordered the burger and exclaimed that it is one of the best burgers I've had. My husband asked, better than Au Cheval? It definitely is a competitor. Oysters were fresh, BBQ carrots flavorful.
This place was soooo good and the service was beyond amazing. It's a little on the pricey side, but I see why. I got the burger, buns made in house- meat ground in house- the bacon jam? (I think that's what it was) was delectable! The oysters were so fresh and presented beautifully.
We've been here twice and both times have been a great experience. The first time we sat on the patio on a cool October evening. We kept warm by the fireplace and the heaters. Our drinks were perfect. We had the burger and carrots for a side. Excellent!
The wife and I go here for our anniversary every year! We love this place! Anything you pick on their menu is superb! Drink menu is amazing and drinks are made perfectly every time. I can't say anything bad about the place. 10/10. Owner and his wife are amazing with what they have done!
My favorite restaurant in downtown Libertyville. Always something new and interesting. Lots of great dishes with fun twists or surprises. I've never had anything less than fantastic! Plus amazing service and great cocktails! Love this place and can't get enough.
